Modern Slavery Policy

POLICY STATEMENT

Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. It takes various forms, such as slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour and human trafficking, all of which have in common the deprivation of a person`s liberty by another in order to exploit them for personal or commercial gain.  At Officemaid, we have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and are committed to acting ethically and with integrity, in all our business dealings.  

RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE POLICY

The partners and admin team, are responsible for ensuring people reporting to them and customers they deal with, understand and comply with this policy.

COMPLIANCE WITH THE POLICY

The partners and admin team are aware of this policy and are committed to the essence of the policy statement and thereby ensure, compliance. We may terminate our relationship with other individuals and organisations working on our behalf if they breach this policy.

BREACHES OF THIS POLICY

Any personnel who breaches this policy, will be dismissed.  Should it be detected there has been a breach of this policy, the relevant authorities will be notified.
